SUMMER SPEED & STRENGTH PROGRAM

The summer speed and strength program is specially designed for high school and college athletes looking to develop the speed, strength, and power needed for high performance. Starting in June and going through August, this program will provide athletes with everything they need to achieve high performance. Athletes must be 16 years or older.​​

Program Details:

  • Individual Athlete Profiling, Measurements and Performance Tracking

  • Dedicated Speed/Agility training

  • Strength and Power development

  • Mobility Training

  • Injury Mitigation

  • Fatigue monitoring

Sessions run Monday - Friday at 6am

At Roman Speed and Strength, we take a science-based and practical approach to training, combining high-performance athletic development with long-term health and movement longevity. Unlike traditional programs that prioritize brute strength at the expense of athleticism and movement quality, our training focuses on developing highly capable movers.

Founded by Duncan Roman, Roman Speed and Strength is built on years of coaching experience, leadership in sports performance, and a degree in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. Duncan has worked with athletes at all levels, from youth to professional sports, as well as active adults seeking to improve their strength, movement, and overall health.
